CHRISTMAS SEASON CARVERY DINNER

AT THE CORNUCOPIA HOTEL

  Our club celebrated Christmas and New Year’s festivities with a  carvery dinner for Committee Members, Coaches, Players, their families and friends.  The dinner was held at the Cornucopia Hotel on the 29^th December and as usual was a great success.  Attending also this Club’s activity were our Hon. President and main sponsor of our team, Mr Lionel Puglisevich and family.  The Mayor Mr Joe Grima and G.F.A. President Mr Alvin Grech also honoured us with their presence. 

  Besides being provided with very good food by the Cornucopia Management, we also enjoyed some lively entertainment by Mr Emanuel Rapa.  During this event Father Christmas delivered presents to all children.

  Our Club President Mr Carmel Camilleri presented a hamper to all the players, coaches and committee members.  Another present was donated to Mr Puglisevich.  On their behalf, the players presented a gift to their coaches mainly Messrs. Victor Caruana and Louis Grech. 

  The activity was concluded by our Club President wishing all those present and the sporting public a Happy New Year.
